deposit policy

All services upon booking into Koko Hair require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

However, rest assured that deposits will be deducted from the final total amount of your appointment cost.

If you find you need to reschedule within our cancellation period (48hrs) and have successfully rebooked, your deposit will conveniently be carried over to your next appointment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

You will receive a confirmation text three days prior to your scheduled appointment.

It is essential that you respond promptly with a YES or NO to confirm your attendance.

If you do not confirm your appointment within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and offer it to another client in need.

late arrivals

We understand unforeseen circumstances can occur and may cause you to arrive late to your appointment.

However please note late arrival may result in a shortened or modified service so our stylists do not run behind on the following allocated appointments.

For late arrivals for more than 20 minutes to a colour service, if your stylist cannot modify your appointment to make it work you are required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment and rescheduling your appointment.

Consultations

Any extension services requested are required to have a complimentary consultation lasting between 10 to 15 minutes.

This important step is designed to allow our skilled hairdressers to colour match hair accurately and ensure that the correct amount of time is effectively allocated to each service.

Additionally, it is important to note that deposits are also required before booking any extension services at our salon to guarantee your appointment.
